Had a Great Morning with Mrs. Leila Norris Celebrating Her 100th Birthday! Thank You Mrs. Norris and the Norris Family for sharing this special day with us at City Hall! February 8, 2016, is “Leila Norris Day” in the City of Russellville and Mrs. Norris was also presented the “Key to the City”.
